WHAT IS DOUBLE-WALL / DROPSTITCH?
It’s a coated nylon joined by thousands of vertical fibers that are uniform in size. The distance of fibers can vary in sizes and the panels are covered with polymer coatings to form an air tight cavity. When double-wall (dropstitch) fabric is welded into the desired shape and pressurized with air, it is transformed into a strong, hard surface.
This revolutionary Dropstitch material can be utilized in a number of applications, including inflatable boat bottoms, rescue raft seating (inflated) , air tumble mat, paddle boards, gymnastics flooring, Air Ramp for Gymnastics and flotation devices.

1.The machine will be packed with strong plywood case(export standard, no need additional fumigation)
2.Fragile parts will be packed with cushion packing material

1.Most machines it comes to be a complete machine; You can start the operation with connect power and air compressor.
2.For other cases, videos and manual book will be sent for the installation.
3.Parameters will be set up before delivery. Customer will do little adjustment.
4.Oversea service is available.
