HOT AIR TECHNOLOGY
Hot air technology can weld any thermoplastic materials. Most of our customers use hot air technology to weld double-wall or drop-stitch fabrics and PVC-coated and polyurethane (PU)-coated fabrics into products with curves and unique shapes.
With three-dimensional products that need to withstand high impact and high abrasion, seam strength is very important. Certain temperatures will compromise glued seams, but with hot air welding, you get airtight and watertight seams. Our hot air welders also lower production costs.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 2-3 days for standardized machinery. 7-15 days if the goods are not in stock.

Q: How to pack the machine?
1.The machine will be packed with strong plywood case(export standard, no need additional fumigation)
2.Fragile parts will be packed with cushion packing material
Q: How about the installation and training?
1.Most machines it comes to be a complete machine; You can start the operation with connect power and air compressor.
2.For other cases, videos and manual book will be sent for the installation.
3.Parameters will be set up before delivery. Customer will do little adjustment.
4.Oversea service is available.
