Working Principle:
This is specifically designed to weld flexible reinforced ducting. This machine will weld reinforced tubes from φ400mm to φ1000mm diameter and easily add a wear strip on the outside. Best for Aerospace Ducting.
Machine Feature:
1. Ultra-long rotating shaft design, can weld 10 meters long duct. Different lengths of rotating shafts can be customized according to different needs to meet individual needs.
2. The spacing of the wires can be adjusted. The range is 10-24CM.
3. It is possible to complete a ventilation pipe with a diameter of 400 to 1000mm.
4. The diameter of the steel wire is 5-8MM.
5. The welding mold can achieve precise welding. The fabric after welding is not wrinkled, and the steel wire does not move. more flexible with the spiral cable

1.Most machines it comes to be a complete machine; You can start the operation with connect power and air compressor.
2.For other cases, videos and manual book will be sent for the installation.
3.Parameters will be set up before delivery. Customer will do little adjustment.
